1. Who we are Ombrail is a trading name of Yann Gatignol, entrepreneur individuel registered in France (SIRET 945 059 244 00018, VAT number FR52945059244), 105 rue Pablo Neruda, 03410 Domérat, France. Email: yann.ecom.admin@gmail.com. WhatsApp: +33 7 80 36 53 16.
2. What these terms cover These terms of sale apply to every purchase made on this website and to every quote accepted from Ombrail. We sell natural stone furniture and objects to customers in Singapore. By placing an order or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms.
3. Our pieces Our pieces are made from natural stone. Each block is unique: colour, veining and natural marks vary from piece to piece and from the photographs, and are not defects. Dimensions are those shown on each piece's page or in your quote. Some pieces are made to order; this is shown on their page.
4. Prices Prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD). For pieces bought online, the price shown includes import duties and taxes for delivery in Singapore; delivery costs are described in our Shipping policy and shown at checkout before you pay. Pieces priced on request are sold at the price stated in your written quote, for the period of validity stated in that quote.
5. Orders When you order online, you receive an order confirmation by email. For some pieces, availability is confirmed with our workshop after your order; if a piece is not available, we tell you and refund you in full. For pieces on quotation, your order is placed when you approve the quote and make the payment stated in it.
6. Payment Online orders are paid through our secure Shopify checkout; the available payment methods are shown there. Pieces on quotation are paid according to the terms stated in your quote.
7. Made-to-order pieces and cancellation You can cancel a made-to-order piece free of charge until production has started; we then refund you in full. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled. We tell you when production starts. Pieces made in a size, stone or finish specified by you cannot be cancelled after you have approved the drawing or the specification.
8. Delivery We deliver within Singapore only, as described in our Shipping policy. Please tell us about your access (lift size, stairs, narrow passages) before delivery; special access and installation are quoted separately. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the piece is delivered.
9. Damage on delivery Please check your piece on delivery. If it arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will then repair, replace or refund it.
10. Returns and refunds Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund policy, published on this website.
11. Care Natural stone needs simple care: wipe spills quickly, especially acidic ones (lemon, wine, vinegar), and clean with a soft cloth and a pH-neutral cleaner. Damage caused by unsuitable use, cleaning products or installation by a third party is not covered.
12. Our AI assistant and room preview The AI assistant and the "See it in your room" preview are there to help you choose. Their answers and images are indicative and are not part of your contract: the details on the piece's page, in your order confirmation or in your quote prevail. Our team confirms anything important.
13. Liability Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control; if this happens, we will keep you informed.
14. Personal data We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.
15. Applicable law and disputes These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without depriving you of any mandatory protection given by the law of the country where you live. If a problem arises, please contact us first: we will do our best to find a solution with you.
16. Changes We may update these terms. The version in force on the date of your order or of your approval of a quote applies to it.
