Where we deliver Ombrail currently delivers within Singapore only. If you are outside Singapore, contact us: we can look at your request case by case and send you a quote.
Pieces bought online
- Standard delivery in Singapore is complimentary for orders of S$149 or more.
- Below S$149, standard delivery costs S$10 per order.
- The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Pieces on quotation For pieces priced on request, delivery to your address is included in your quote. Nothing is made or shipped before you approve the quote.
Delivery times Many of our pieces are made to order. The production time and, when available, the shipping time are shown on each piece's page. After your order, we confirm the schedule by email. Natural stone is made and shipped with care, so timings can vary; we will keep you informed if anything changes.
What standard delivery covers Standard delivery covers delivery to your address in Singapore. Special access (no lift, stairs, narrow corridors or doors) and installation or placement are quoted separately. Stone is heavy: please tell us about your access (lift size, stairs, tight turns) when you order, so the delivery team comes prepared.
When your piece arrives Please check your piece on delivery. If it arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can find a solution.
Import duties and taxes Prices for delivery in Singapore include import duties and taxes. There is nothing more to pay on delivery.
Natural stone Each block of natural stone is unique. Colour and veining vary from piece to piece and from the photographs.
